Opposing forces in child protection
There are some challenging opposing forces that case managers in child protection must constantly juggle.
I agree with 99% of what you say. I still think the most challenging decision is when to pursue a long term order vs a shorter term order to try and reunify a child. If only there was a one size fits all solution. Sadly, most legal systems I have seen don't seem to have the flexibility and speed to deal with these challenges effectively.
